| dc.description | The present investigation was carried out with the purpose of analyzing the leisure and recreation tourism plant of the Saquisilí canton through the elaboration of an inventory of the tourist establishments and places to generate a descriptive catalog, a tool that will allow to publicize the recreational activities. For this purpose, discussions were held with the promotors of the parish GADS, field visits around the cantonal territory and documents such as the Territorial Development Plan of the Saquisilí canton and parochial tourism projects were analyzed. To carry out the inventory, an on-site visit was made to the tourist sites, allowing to know the characteristics, services and type of tourist site and establishments. In addition, the tourist and recreational touristic activity sheets were used, in which it is divided into parameters such as: important data of the establishment and tourist site (name, address, location and contact numbers), the type of site or establishment (natural , cultural, nocturnal or other), the infrastructure that has a site for the recreational use of the tourist, the basic services that is an important complement in the development of tourist activities, the number of visitors that arrive at these sites and how often make. The descriptive catalog of the tourist leisure and recreation plant will serve as an information tool since it allows to publicize the existing tourist offer in the Saquisilí canton. In the elaboration of the descriptive catalog, the photographs and information compiled by the cards will be added, where all the establishments and tourist sites will be placed by parish. From this investigation it was obtained that the canton Saquisilí possesses 6 establishments and 18 tourist sites distributed in its four parishes and that they have limited tourist services for the development of leisure and recreation activities, so that the tourist services could be improved. and interest on the part of the authorities of Saquisilí, to be included in the tourist development of the parishes, strengthening their organizational level that allows them to generate alliances with public and educational institutions that provide training to generate ventures taking advantage of the tourist resources of Saquisilí. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación se realizó con la finalidad de analizar la planta turística ocio y recreación del cantón Saquisilí mediante la elaboración de un inventario de los establecimientos y sitios turísticos para generar un catálogo descriptivo, herramienta que permitirá dar a conocer las actividades recreativas. Para ello se realizaron conversatorios con las promotoras de los GADS parroquiales, visitas de campo alrededor del territorio cantonal y se analizaron documentos como el Plan de Desarrollo Territorial del cantón Saquisilí y proyectos turísticos parroquiales. Para llevar a cabo el inventario, se realizó una visita in situ a los lugares turísticos permitiendo conocer las características, servicios y tipo de sitio turístico y establecimientos. Además se utilizó las fichas de planta turística ocio y recreación, en las que se encuentra dividida en parámetros como: datos importantes de los establecimiento y sitio turístico (nombre, dirección, ubicación y números de contacto), el tipo de sitio o establecimiento (natural, cultural, nocturno u otro), la infraestructura que tiene un sitio para el uso recreacional del turista, los servicios básicos que es un complemento importante en el desarrollo de actividades turísticas, el número de visitantes que llegan a estos sitios y con qué frecuencia lo hacen. El catálogo descriptivo de la planta turístico ocio y recreación servirá como herramienta de información ya que permite dar a conocer la oferta turística existente en el cantón Saquisilí. En la elaboración del catálogo descriptivo se agregarán las fotografías y la información recopilada por las fichas donde irán colocados todos los establecimientos y sitios turísticos por parroquias. De esta investigación se obtuvo que el cantón Saquisilí posee 6 establecimientos y 18 sitios turísticos distribuidos en sus cuatro parroquias y que cuentan con limitados servicios turísticos para el desarrollo de actividades de ocio y recreación, para que mejore los servicios turísticos se podría tener una participación activa e interés por parte de las autoridades de Saquisilí, para incluirse en el desarrollo turístico de las parroquias, fortaleciendo su nivel organizativo que les permitan generar alianzas con instituciones públicas y educativas que brinden capacitaciones para generar emprendimientos aprovechando los recursos turísticos de Saquisilí. | es_ES |
