Resumen : La presente investigación se llevó a cabo en la propiedad del Sr. Marcelo Mayorga ubicada en el cantón Salcedo, Parroquia Mulalillo, barrio Cunchibamba Chico, con el objetivo de evaluar el cumplimiento de buenas prácticas agrícolas en el cultivo de tomate de árbol. Se utilizó la metodología de campo y bibliográfica documental las técnicas fueron la observación directa y la lista de chequeo obtenida de la Resolución 108 de Agrocalidad y del manual de buenas prácticas agrícolas para Tomate de árbol de Agrocalidad. Para realizar la investigación se utilizó un GPS para determinar la ubicación geográfica del predio. Se realizó la auditoría inicial donde los resultados nos informaron que existe información incompleta acerca de la UPA, suelo, manejo de fertilizantes, productos químicos, cosecha, poscosecha almacenamiento y trazabilidad. Se recomendó corregir cada uno de estos puntos y se procedió a realizar una nueva auditoría para corroborar las soluciones que se propusieron y se implementó algunos registros de información con respecto a la UPA, cutlivo, fertilización, sanidad vegetal, cosecha, poscosecha, almacenamiento, manejo ambiental y trazabilidad. del levantamiento de la información en la matriz de riesgos en la producción de tomate de árbol se encontraron: 1 riesgo moderado, 14 riesgos importantes y 5 riesgos intolerables, se debe Aplicar las BPAs al cultivo de tomate de árbol para garantizar un producto sano e inocuo y de la misma manera precautelar con la salud de los trabajadores, cuidando del medio ambiente y cumplir con las normas establecidas y así tener un producto competitivo un valor agregado Finalmente se procedió a informar al propietario para que se proceda a solicitar a la Autoridad Competente, la certificación de buenas prácticas agrícolas para el cultivo de tomate de árbol.
Descripción : The present research was carried out in the property of Mr. Marcelo Mayorga located in the Salcedo canton, Mulalillo Parish, Cunchibamba Chico neighborhood, with the objective of evaluating the compliance of good agricultural practices in the cultivation of tamarillo. The field methodology and documentary literature were used, the techniques were direct observation and the checklist obtained from Resolution 108 of Agrocalidad and the manual of good agricultural practices for Agrocalidad tree Tomato. To conduct the investigation, a GPS was used to determine the geographical location of the property. The initial audit was conducted where the results informed us that there is incomplete information about the UPA, soil, fertilizer management, chemicals, harvest, post-harvest storage and traceability. It was recommended to correct each of these points, a new audit was carried out to corroborate the solutions that were proposed, and some information records were implemented regarding the UPA, cutlivo, fertilization, plant health, harvest, post-harvest, storage, handling Environmental and traceability. Of the collection of information in the risk matrix in the production of tree tomato were: 1 moderate risk, 14 important risks and 5 intolerable risks, the BPA should be applied to the cultivation of tree tomato to control a healthy and harmless product and in the same way precautionary with the health of the workers, taking care of the environment and complying with the established norms and thus having a competitive product an added value. Finally, the owner was informed so that the certification of good agricultural practices for the cultivation of tamarillo can be requested from the Competent Authority
