| dc.description | The canton of La Maná has a diversity of tourist plants, which contributes to the economic activity of the place, this research project aimed to analyze the tourist plant, leisure and recreation offer of the canton, in order to obtain updated data. For the elaboration of the study, the respective bibliographic review in books and documents was made in order to obtain a situational and tourist diagnosis, where it was demonstrated that the main economic activity comes from the cattle raising and agriculture being these the main axes of economic development in the canton, It was also found that part of the population is dedicated to tourism, so it was necessary to identify each of the recreational activities offered by the canton. This was done through the use of methods and techniques that provided current information on the sites and recreational establishments, highlighting shortcomings and the lack of interest in the administration and care of the tourist facilities by government agencies. Likewise, to know the tourist plant we based on the cadastre of the Ministry of Tourism of the year 2020, where a current diagnosis of the existing spaces of leisure and recreation in the canton was obtained, here was found only 5 establishments that are dedicated to the provision of services of recreation, so by means of field trips it was possible to be demonstrated that the cadastre is incomplete and in addition several establishments do not have the classification that corresponds to them. There are sites and establishments dedicated to tourism, leisure and recreation so according to this classification we have; 13 tourist complexes, 26 squares and parks, 12 natural tourist attractions, 4 cultural tourist attractions, 11 cultural sites, 3 bars and 8 discos, these sites and establishments are promoters of the leisure and recreaction activity in the cantón. As a final result of the project, a catalogue was made which contains the sites and establishments that were inventoried and classified, since those that are in optimum condition in terms of service and infrastructure were considered so that the catalogue can serve as an information tool for leisure and recreation spaces. In addition, recommendations were established to promote improvements in the social, cultural and tourist areas in the canton of La Maná. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El cantón La Maná posee diversidad de planta turística, lo cual aporta a la actividad económica del lugar, el presente proyecto de investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar la planta turística, oferta ocio y recreación del cantón, con el propósito de obtener datos actualizados. Para la elaboración del estudio se realizó la respectiva revisión bibliográfica en libros y documentos con el fin de obtener un diagnóstico situacional y turístico, en donde se demostró que la principal actividad económica proviene de la ganadería y agricultura, siendo estos los ejes principales de desarrollo económico en el cantón, además se encontró que una parte de la población se dedica a la actividad turística por lo tanto fue necesario identificar cada una de las actividades recreativas que oferta el cantón, esto a través del uso de métodos y técnicas que permitieron conocer información actual de los sitios y establecimientos recreativos, evidenciando falencias y además la falta de interés en la administración y cuidado de la planta turística por parte de las entidades gubernamentales. Igualmente, para conocer la planta turística nos basamos en el catastro del Ministerio de Turismo del año 2020, donde se obtuvo un diagnóstico actual de los espacios de ocio y recreación existentes en el cantón, aquí se encontró a tan solo 5 establecimientos que se dedican a la prestación de servicios de recreación, por lo que mediante salidas de campo se pudo evidenciar que el catastro se encuentra incompleto y además varios establecimientos no tienen la clasificación que les corresponde. Existen sitios y establecimientos dedicados a la actividad turística, ocio y recreación así que según esta clasificación tenemos; 13 complejos turísticos, 26 plazas y parques, 12 atractivos turísticos naturales, 4 atractivos turísticos culturales, 11 sitios culturales, 3 bares y 8 discotecas, dichos sitios y establecimientos son promotores de la actividad ocio y recreación en el cantón. Como resultado final del proyecto se realizó un catálogo en donde constan los sitios y establecimientos que fueron inventariados y clasificados, ya que se consideraron aquellos que se encuentran en óptimo estado en cuanto a servicio e infraestructura con el fin que el catálogo sirva como una herramienta de información de espacios de ocio y recreación, además se establecen recomendaciones que permitan fomentar mejorías en el ámbito social, cultural y turístico en el cantón La Maná. | es_ES |
