| Resumen : | La presente investigación se fundamenta en los usos sociales, rituales y actos festivos del barrio Luz de América de la parroquia de Poaló; con la finalidad de diagnosticar e inventariar para de esa manera poder fortalecer el crecimiento, cultural, económico y turístico, mediante la elaboración de una guía descriptiva. En el proceso de investigación se desarrollaron tres objetivos específicos, los cuales se efectuaron a través de la aplicación de la metodología descriptiva - cualitativa, que permitió el levantamiento de información primaria y secundaria a fin de determinar el diagnóstico situacional del área mediante el análisis del factor socio económico y productiva, cultural, y turístico donde se evidenció que la mayoría de familias que residen en el lugar, trabajan en la actividad agropecuaria; siendo esta la principal fuente de ingreso como también que pocas personas tienen conocimiento de la historia y origen de las costumbres y tradiciones festivas que se practican año tras año. Para el registro e inventario pertinente se empleó la metodología del Instituto Nacional de Patrimonio Cultural (INPC) donde se registraron un total de 5 fiestas entre las cuales están registradas los siguientes Subámbito fiestas o ceremonias religiosas, fiesta o conmemoraciones y otras celebraciones festivas; dentro de este ámbito de fiestas se puede recalcar que en la organización y preparativos para llevar a cabo dichas festividades son los encargados de la parte de la logística la directiva del barrio; acompañada del prioste y personas voluntarias que financian parte de las actividades; también se tiene la costumbre de brindar la comida como hornado con papas, agrio o ensalada, chicha de jora y caldo de gallina, por otro lado se registró 1 ritual con el Subámbito que es de conmemoración; en este se caracteriza porque las personas quienes organizan son independientes es decir que lo hace una compañía de transporte del mismo lugar; también se registró 4 prácticas con el Subámbito de prácticas comunitarias tradicionales; es importante mencionar que todas las antes mencionadas tienen un nivel de sensibilidad al cambio bajo. Finalmente, el diseño e impresión de la guía se presenta como una herramienta de información cultural; a su vez genera beneficios a los habitantes y turistas. Mediante la difusión de este estudio, se genera un impacto socio económico positivo, que contribuye a la conservación de conocimientos sobre las diversos Subámbito encontrados, sus tradiciones y cultura gastronómica, incrementando el desarrollo turístico de la provincia del barrio Luz de América. |
| Descripción : | The present investigation is based on social uses, rituals and festive events from Luz de América. neighborhood of Poalo parish; in order to diagnose and inventory strengthen growth, cultural, economic and tourism, through the development of a descriptive guide. For the pertinent registry and inventory, the methodology of National Institute of Cultural Heritage (INPC) was used, where a total of 5 festivals were recorded, among which the following Sub-scope religious festivals or ceremonies, festivals or commemorations and other festive celebrations are registered; Within this scope of festivities, it can be emphasized that in the organization and preparations to carry out these festivities, those are in charge of the neighborhood directive; accompanied by the prioste and volunteers who finance part of the activities; It is also customary to offer food such as baked with potatoes, soup or salad, chicha de jora and chicken broth, in the other hand, 1 ritual was registered with Sub-scope that is commemorative; In this it is characterized because the people who organize are independent; 4 practices were also registered with Subscope of Traditional Community Practices; It is important to mention that all the aforementioned have a low level of sensitivity to change. Finally, the design and printing of the guide is presented as a tool for cultural information; in turn, it generates benefits for residents and tourists. Through the dissemination of this study, a positive socio-economic impact is generated, which contributes to the conservation of knowledge about various Sub-Scope found, their traditions and gastronomic culture, increase tourist development of Luz de América neighborhood |
