| dc.description.abstract | Saber el uso y funcionamiento de una maquinaria en las instalaciones de la universidad, es de vital importancia debido a que permite garantizar la seguridad de profesores y estudiantes, al proporcionar instrucciones claras y precisas para su correcta operación, minimizando el riesgo de accidentes y promoviendo el uso eficiente de los equipos. El manual de uso y funcionamiento del molino pulverizador de granos elaborado, comprende los procedimientos necesarios para asegurar la calidad y seguridad en su ejecución, el manual ofrece pautas generales a seguir en todo este proceso, empezando desde la inspección del equipo, mantenimientos rutinario, preventivo, correctivo, hasta la obtención del producto final y la limpieza adecuada de la maquinaria acorde a los discos empleados y productos obtenidos, mediante prácticas demostrativas anexadas como la elaboración de pasta de maní, café de haba, cascarilla de arroz pulverizada mediante discos de piedra y maíz triturado por medio de discos metálicos acordes a la calibración y finura de la molienda; la finalidad del proyecto consiste en mejorar el conocimiento práctico de la institución académica, incrementando el desarrollo e innovación de proyectos de investigación dentro de la Carrera de Agroindustrias. | es_ES |
