The objective of this research is to determine the relationship between psychosocial risk factors and the work environment in the Public Mobility Company in Latacunga. Systematically, the study has a quantitative, descriptive, bibliographic-documentary approach, applying to 137 active collaborators, selected from a universe of 210 administrative and operational employees of the institution. The instrument used to evaluate psychosocial risk factors was taken from the Directorate of Safety, Health at Work and Comprehensive Risk Management of the Ministry of Labor (2018), which showed a reliability of 0.967 and a KMO value of 0.901. To evaluate the work environment, the instrument "Organizational Climate: Methodological Proposal" (2021) was used, with a reliability of 0.967 and a KMO value of 0.917. The results highlight worrying levels in the dimensions of psychosocial risk factors, with percentages such as: margin of action and control (50%), work organization (30%), recovery (58%), support and support (52%), discriminatory harassment (44%), workplace harassment (44%), sexual harassment (31%), working conditions (44%), dual work-family presence (51%) and self-perceived health (46%). Regarding the work environment, the dimensions of communication (44.5%) and leadership (40.9%) stand out. A very strong positive correlation (0.895) was established between both variables using Spearman's Rho method, which supports the alternative hypothesis of a direct and significant relationship between them.
