    “La habilidad cognitiva: creatividad en el aprendizaje de la asignatura de Lengua y Literatura”

    The research project addresses creative skills, which are important in students' learning as they influence the generation of innovative ideas that contribute to their development. The general objective of the project is to develop creativity through didactic strategies for learning Language and Literature in the fifth grade at the Educación Básica “General Quisquis” school. The methodology of our project follows a quantitative approach, with a descriptive type of research, an analytical method, and the technique used was a survey. The instrument was an 8-question questionnaire applied to 3 teachers, and another questionnaire was applied to 25 students. The results obtained from the survey allowed us to identify the lack of application of didactic strategies due to a lack of knowledge, and how this affects children's learning in the subject of Language and Literature. Many students do not always feel motivated to learn, even though the teacher carries out motivating activities. This occurs because students have different learning styles and paces. Additionally, the use of traditional evaluations based on tests and presentations leads to students becoming memorists and repetitive. Finally, creativity is important in learning as it shapes creative individuals, strengthening critical and reflective thinking in students for making their own decisions responsibly.
