    An important deficiency was found in managing first-degree procedures in the postgraduate branch of the Technical University of Cotopaxi. There was no system in place, resulting in delays for students and administrative staff, which detracted from efficiency and transparency. I was looking for a first process management module using the .net framework to simplify information validation and increase efficiency for Graduate students. The main problem was the lack of systematization, which generated excessive manual processes, delays in the approval of degree subjects, and unsatisfactory results for students and academic staff. The challenge was met by conducting a theoretical and literature review to inform the project's development and then identifying specific needs through user stories. This allowed us to identify the requirements and characteristics of the software required for the unit. Systematization module for the first step, aimed at reducing waiting times and facilitating administrative management. The introduction of the system facilitated the elimination of unnecessary manual processes, improved coordination and resource allocation, and facilitated transparency in the degree processes. The result was a substantial improvement in the efficiency of the degree process, with decreased wait times and a more transparent process for both students and administrative staff, degree tutors, and boards of readers, and better coordination led to an improved academic experience.
