Electronic commerce is a resource that is being used in most modern businesses, since as a result of the COVID - 19 pandemic, many companies adopt this tool to be able to keep their businesses afloat, this was a lifeline for many companies that had the resources to invest, however, other companies unfortunately had to close their doors. The main objective of an online store is to modernize and optimize sales and inventory management processes, apart from allowing companies to strengthen their digital presence in an increasingly competitive market, adapting to current e-commerce trends and improving their efficiency. operational. The case of Megatrading Auto Parts is that it has had a deficit in sales that is linked to several causes such as lack of marketing, low digital presence, and little knowledge about technological tools. This project seeks to provide a solution to the needs of users and potentially improve the user experience when making the purchase process, with the help of technological tools we can create an interactive, functional and responsive interface that adapts to the size of any device.
