    El estrés laboral en el desempeño del personal que trabaja en la empresa industrial Novacero S.A.

    This research was carried out to identify situations (work environment) that in the field of metallurgy industry is making and these are perceived are stressful for employees and workers, identifying the connection between the perceived stress with psychological well — being and satisfaction job. This research was done in Novacero Industrial Company S.A. located in Lasso Cotopaxi province. The main objective of this research was to carry out a deep compilation and structuring information concerning and relevant about at works stress, this can cause burnout and psychological problems into the people, for this reason relevant aspects were analysed such as work stress concepts, work stress evolution, types of stressors, types of work stress, therefore, there are different techniques, strategies and tips to help reducing the stress level and improving the work performance. So that, it is proposed to create and design a dynamic page to reduce the work stress level, this tool will help the employees and workers to improve their physical and mental state; through the techniques, strategies and tips application.

    En este trabajo se propuso identificar las situaciones (entorno laboral) que en el ámbito de la industria metalúrgica se realizan y que son percibidas como estresantes para los empleados y trabajadores, identificar la vinculación entre el estrés percibido con el bienestar psicológico y grado de satisfacción laboral.
