    English has been constituted one of the most important language around the World, likewise, as a universal dialect, for this reason is necessary to develop this in a complete and active way, nevertheless to acquire this is necessary to apply all of the didactic and technological resources, with new methods and techniques in order to become better professionals. In Ecuador English is considered as a second language used in all educational areas because it permits to have a wider vision about some important things that happen in the world, so it constitutes a set of tools for the students, professionals and community in general so teaching must be discussed in contents that allow to develop the knowledge; moreover it is essential to provide the best professionals with high quality, so they can develop all of the skills and give an efficient service to the society. This present investigative work is essential for the "Cotopaxi Technical University" because it will support the students a wider perspective of learning grammar in an easier, dynamic and effective way.

In Ecuador English is considerated as a second language used in all adductive areas because it permits them to have a big vision about things that happen in the world, so it constitute a set of tools to student, professional and community in general so teaching must be discuss into the context that permits to develop the knowledge, furthermore English language is necessary to give good professional with a high quality, that can develop the four skills and can give an efficient service to the society.
