    Análisis y desarrollo de un sistema de control de procesos para “Automecano del Sur”.

    Due to the continuous changes experienced by automotive companies, they must move forward in the implementation of an administrative process control management, so this research project deals with the management of administrative processes through the application of some automotive control software that allows the AUTOMECANO DEL SUR automotive workshop to manage administrative processes in a documentary and digitalized way so that the information is centralized in a database to which the members of the company can have access at any time during their work day and also know these processes through the visualization of flowcharts and information tables with which they can establish the activities that they must fulfill daily. Thus, for this research project of an Analysis and development of a process control system, direct observations were made of the process of execution of activities and with the application of a satisfaction questionnaire, a findings sheet was obtained to detail the table of non-standardized functions of the members of the workshop and with this, finally, generate the corresponding flowcharts of the administrative processes and the standardized functions that the workers must fulfill in the automotive workshop, thus achieving the standardization of these functions that the worker must fulfill. Likewise, the flowcharts of the administrative processes were prepared by digitizing the information of the work order, invoice and report of the service and/or maintenance of a client's vehicle to finally, through the application of a vehicle control system using the REPORT software, streamline the administrative processes of the AUTOMECANO DEL SUR automotive workshop.
