However, the lack of diversity in current practices and the unfamiliarity with new strategies among many educators hinder the effective implementation of inclusive assessment. The goal is to analyze new strategies that enable a more effective and meaningful evaluation of the learning process, encouraging active student participation and facilitating continuous feedback to improve academic performance at the “Segundo Miguel Salazar” General Basic Education School. The research methodology was grounded in the interpretative paradigm to explore innovative strategies in learning assessment, allowing for a deep understanding of educators' perceptions and practices. A qualitative approach was crucial for capturing detailed experiences of teachers regarding new assessment strategies. The methodological design focused on content analysis, following a systematic process for processing qualitative information obtained from interviews. Techniques used included interviews with teachers and students, providing direct data on the application and effectiveness of innovative strategies. In response to these limitations, a guide was designed featuring innovative learning assessment strategies, including formative assessments, self-assessments, collaborative projects, and the use of digital technology. This guide is available on Google for all teachers interested in improving their assessment practices. In this way, the project contributes to enhancing the assessment process by implementing strategies that promote a more inclusive and effective learning experience for all students.
