The variables evaluated were: percentage of emergence, plant vigor, growth habit or bearing, days to heading, plant height, thatch type, ear size, number of grains per ear, yield, hectoliter or specific weight, grain type and colour, diseases and virus, these variables were specified in the Manual N° 111 of Evaluation and Selection Parameters in Cereals, issued by the INIAP Cereals Programmer (2019), based on the Zadoks and Cobb scale. Data analysis included a Shapiro-Wilks normality test and a 5% Turkey test for sources of variation that showed statistical significance. From the results obtained, it was evident that the Triticale 2000 variety presented superior agronomic characteristics, with a germination of 86.67%, vigor of scale 2 (good), a growth habit of scale 1 (erect), days to spike of 65 days, number of grains per spike 77.57 and a straw type of scale 1 (strong stem). In addition, the promising line TCL-11-006 showed the highest grain yield with 5392.33 kg ha-¹ outperforming the other treatments.
