    The present work determines the analysis of the quality technique service and approach solutions in the platform Latacunga South (52C8-L4) from Empress Electrical Provincial Cotopaxi SA 2010. Analysis of the Technical Service Quality refers to the study of interruptions 13.8/7.9 kV medium voltage and low voltage 220/127 V (sub-stage one and two), it means that the distribution companies do not perform analysis on the sub stage two, because the regulator CONELEC does not give this analysis, but for the present study it does the analysis of interruptions on all customers in medium and low voltage of platform under study, and it stablishes the rate of Technical Service Quality, the type of feeder, the record of interruptions monthly in 2010. For the starting of the study it process with the survey data and dereferencing, also; it is used the techniques as the survey used to residential, commercial and industrial clients and the interview applied the Directive of the Technical Department from Empress Electrical Provincial Cotopaxi SA 2010. In developing solutions, especially it attaches to the balance of loads on the phases (ABC), selection of fuses for the coordination of protection of fuse-fuse type T for lines and type ABB sofas chance (Dual) for distribution of transformers and finally, the redistribution of processing centers.
