    “Estrategias de gestión administrativa para la compañía de transporte de carga pesada ALHERTTRUCKS S.A.”

    The present investigation was carried out with the objective of analyzing the administrative management in the heavy cargo transportation company ALHERTTRUCKS S.A., because this is essential for its proper functioning. Likewise, administrative management facilitates the coordination of resources and the carrying out of activities necessary to achieve the established objectives, based on various theories and scientific approaches. At the same time, a non-experimental quantitative methodology was adopted and an instrument validated by experts was created. The survey technique formulated 22 questions to apply the following questionnaire to the 27 employees to evaluate dimensions such as planning, organization, direction, control and decision making. Additionally, the results reflected a variety of opinions about management and the work environment. Therefore, the need to carry out new management strategies to strengthen the work environment in the company was highlighted, since many employees feel that their opinions are not considered in decision-making. Additionally, the lack of an incentive plan to motivate employees to maintain high performance was identified. Based on these findings, five administrative improvements aligned with the areas evaluated were proposed. Table 24 shows that 30% of those surveyed are satisfied with the inclusion of these strategies, which seek to promote the growth of the company and the development of its staff.
