- Item“El clima organizacional y su incidencia en la atención al cliente en la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito CACPECO, cantón Latacunga, parroquia Eloy Alfaro”.(Ecuador: Latacunga: Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi: (UTC), 2024-08) Criollo Carvajal, Irene Yajaira; Jácome Chicaiza, Leydi Marisol; Salazar Tapia, Mónica PatriciaThis research was carried out with the objective of analyzing the impact of the organizational climate on customer service at Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito CACPECO, Latacunga canton, Eloy Alfaro parish since determining this relationship is essential for the proper functioning of the same. Studies related to the research topic, theories, and approaches that allowed us to understand how the organizational climate influences customer service were taken as a source of support. To analyze the organizational environment and customer service, a quantitative methodology was chosen in which 5 collaborators were surveyed to evaluate the organizational climate, and another survey was made to 292 members of the financial institution where they answered questions about the service they receive in the institution. The results reflected a variety of opinions about the organizational climate and customer service, evaluating these findings, it was highlighted the need to implement strategies to improve the gaps found in the research, the same that can be implemented by the Cooperative Savings and Credit CACPECO, to improve their services and achieve their goals. Finally, the respective conclusions and recommendations were made.
