- Item“Gestión administrativa y productividad laboral de los trabajadores en la Industria IPMATOAH S.A.S.”(Ecuador : Latacunga : Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi (UTC), 2024-08) Defaz Toapanta, Luis Rolando; Jácome Naranjo, Gabriela Stefanía; Palma Corrales, Eliana NathalieThe objective of this research was to analyze the relationship between administrative management and labor productivity of workers in the industry IPMATOAH S.A.S. The problem identified was the decrease in labor productivity in recent months attributed to several causes such as workers' absenteeism in their daily work, the lack of direction and control by the manager prevents them from assuming their duties and responsibilities effectively. A mixed methodology was used for this research, combining quantitative and qualitative approaches, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational design. The population was composed of 21 workers of the IPMATOAH S.A.S. industry, two instruments were used, a questionnaire divided by its independent variable administrative management and dependent variable labor productivity, with their respective dimensions. The results obtained through the survey applied were carried out using statistical analysis software (SPSS), which allowed measuring the relationship between the variables of administrative management and labor productivity; a moderate positive correlation (r=0.6) was identified between both variables. On the other hand, the use of an observation form revealed high levels of absenteeism and problems with employee compliance with working hours. It concluded that there are significant opportunities for improvement in administrative management that could have a positive impact on productivity. It is recommended to implement a management model that includes organizational restructuring, improvement of communication systems, personnel training and the establishment of performance indicators.
