L), using a completely randomized block design with factorial arrangement A*B (2*3+1) with six treatments plus control and three replicates. Study variables included plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves/flowers, number of fruits at harvest, fruit weight, fruit diameter, fruit length, and economic analysis. Among the main results: the greatest plant height at 15, 30 and 45 days was observed in treatment seven with coffee extract at a dose of 1.00 g/liter of water, the greatest number of leaves at 45 days was presented in treatment 6 and 7 with coffee and cinnamon extract at a dose of 0.50 and 1.00 g/liter of water, the greatest stem diameter recorded at 45 days in treatment four with cinnamon extract at a dose of 0.50 g/liter of water in this same treatment the greatest number of flowers was recorded; the highest production and fruit weight at the first harvest was recorded in treatment six with cinnamon extract at a dose of 1.00 g/liter of water and for the second harvest in treatment 7 with coffee extract at a dose of 1.00 g/liter and the best benefit/cost ratio was presented in the treatments with coffee and cinnamon extract at a dose of 1.00 g/liter, demonstrating that the application of plant extracts of coffee and cinnamon at a dose of 1.00 g/liter of water is a reliable alternative for cucumber production.
