    Introducing us into the field of the English language, we understand that it is a process, where all skills should be developed (listening, speaking, reading and writing) and that the students should end up dominating with the desire of achieving the communication. The following work gathers information about the causes that impact in the lack of practice of the speaking in the English language of the Tenth Year, of the Technological Institute Ramon Barba Naranjo. The different evaluation instruments which were applied, such as: surveys and interviews, they allow us to analyze and determine the main causes that impact in the development of the learning in order to improve the ability of the speaking in the English language.
