- Item“La influencia de la cultura organizacional en el desempeño laboral del personal administrativo de una Universidad Pública del Ecuador”(Ecuador : Latacunga : Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi (UTC), 2024-08) Guagua González, Lilibeth Judith; Montenegro Cueva, Efrén GonzaloThe main objective of this research work was to analyze the relationship between "organizational culture" and "labor performance" among administrative staff at a public university in Ecuador. The used methodology in this study was quantitative, with a descriptive - correlational level and cross-sectional design. Non-probabilistic convenience sampling was used, comprising 110 administrative employees. In the first instance, a thorough review of the theoretical basis of the two study variables was made in order to interpret their relationship. Subsequently, two instruments were used for data collection with evidence of validity in their psychometric properties; in this sense, to measure the variable "Organizational Culture" was used the instrument of Cameron and Quinn (2006), while the Weisbord instrument was used for Work Performance (1976). After a database cleaning was carried out, with the help of the statistical program IBMSPSS V.22, a normality test was carried out on the variables, This allowed the use of a non-parametric statistical method to measure the correlation between both constructs, such as the Spearman Rho, and it was possible to conclude that there is a strong, positive and statistically significant (ρ=0.817) correlation between "Organizational Culture" and "Work Performance of the administrative staff of a public university in Ecuador.
