    “Diseño del Balanced Scorecard para el desarrollo organizacional en la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Andina”.

    Developing an action plan to improve organizational progress in the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Andina Ltda., was this research purpose. This research is non-experimental and bibliographic, quantitative approach was applied since allowed patterns and correlations to be identified with emphasis on the organizational performance evaluation. The current state diagnosis reveals both the general state and specific areas that need to be addressed. The results obtained from the study mentioned there are relationship difficulties to the client's perspective since it has been shown that there are important weaknesses. The strategic plan is oriented to the balanced scorecard, key performance indicators (KPIS) related to the satisfaction and loyalty partners and customers. The study predicts there will be better alignment between strategic objectives and daily activities, as well as greater efficiency in the resources and processes management, and a significant improvement between partner and customer satisfaction and loyalty. By focusing on the customer can find solutions, capitalize on growth opportunities and improve the cooperative profitability and sustainability.
