This research is structured around three fundamental specific objectives: carrying out the characterization of the study area, preparing the inventory of flora mayor in 262.85 hectares of the native forest in the community, and finally, developing the participatory management plan for this resource. The methodology employed in the research included a qualitative approach for data collection and data analysis, accompanied by field research and bibliographic review to ensure the validity of the gathered information. The inductive method, qualitative and quantitative inventory method was applied as well, followed by a participatory approach that involved the community. As a result, a baseline was established and data on species diversity of individuals by species of the flora mayor, with an inventory conducted in a 50x50m plot, where a total of 75 individuals by flora mayor species were found. In this context, it was observed that arrayán had an abundance of 25.33%, samil with 57.33%, pumamaqui with 6.67%, quishuar with 2.67%, and platuquero with 8%, with samil being the dominant individuals with a total of 43 registered individuals. Finally, the participatory management plan was developed, which includes two programs: the protection and conservation program in the area for managing the native forest, and the community production and development program for the implementation of the CSUA in La Provincia community, based on an inclusive and collaborative process. In conclusion, this plan will establish a participatory management model that promotes local knowledge, ensures resource conservation, and provides benefits to the community.
