    “La gestión administrativa en la Cooperativa Ambato Succursal Latacunga”.

    The objective of this project is to improve administrative management in the administrative department of the Ambato cooperative Latacunga branch. The research addresses internal issues related to processes, communication, credit approval and problem resolution. The method was quantitative and explanatory, using a non-experimental approach, a bibliographic and field approach. The study population was made up of all the institution's staff and a seven-part survey was used, which included demographic information, general data, planning, organization, direction, control and management. The findings indicate that the majority of employees are young men between the ages of 18 and 35, with a minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in the organization and knowledge of both secondary and higher education. Despite good management, some deficiencies were identified in the strategic plan, coordination and definition of functions, as well as in training, communication, staff recognition and lack of effective decision-making and monitoring mechanisms.
