    Designing a project for the creation of a center of educational support; in the first cycle of proficiency of English language at the Technical University of Cotopaxi.

    Communication development through English represents an important factor in the educative environment at Cotopaxi Technical University. The evidenced faults in the students who arrive to the University are notorious, because exist a few development of the basic skills of language, due to a traditional methodology, lack of motivation to learn. Therefore, it is sought to develop the English communication in the students of the first level of the Proficiency Program, to replace their necessities by means of the Creation of a Center of Pedagogic Support. The work is sustained in real facts in the social environment, based in the following hypothesis: If it tooks faults in the first level of the English sufficiency Program at Cotopaxi Technical University like base, it would be possible to design a project for a Pedagogic Supporting Center of directed to develop the communication. The validity is based in the use of appropriate methodology in the of Pedagogic Supporting Center to get an effective communication; with the security of increasing the interest of authorities, educational, and students; what will serve as bases for future works and applications of the topic in other institutions of Superior Education of the Country, it presents a contribution to elevate the education quality that the Alma Máter imparts of Cotopaxi.
