    Los contratos ocasionales y nombramientos provisionales, su influencia en el proyecto de vida de los funcionarios públicos

    The research was aimed at solving the following problem: Is job stability, being a right recognized by National and International Legislation, being violated in its effective exercise by the figure of provisionalism and temporality?, and it was determined as an objective: To establish the right to labor stability as an inherent fact to hiring to promote and allow the general and complete development of the workers of the Latacunga municipal GAD, guaranteeing a dignified life. The quantitative approach of the research is assumed, the descriptive type of research. Analytical, synthetic, deductive, and survey methods are used, and the questionnaire is used as techniques and instruments.
