A methodology based on the identification of landscape units was used, following the guidelines of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) method to determine visual quality, visual absorption capacity (VAC) and, subsequently, visual fragility and sensitivity. A qualitative approach was used, identifying values through photographs that allowed a value to be assigned to each of the criteria and components established for the visual assessment of the landscape through the analysis of the images captured in the study area. The results indicated that the moorland of the Tejar Miraflores Agricultural Workers' Association has a medium visual quality, with a statistical value of 18 points, due to the fact that its areas have a variety in their shape, color, line and texture, but which are common in the region. Its visual absorption capacity was classified in Class II, detailing a medium fragility with an estimated value of 27 points, showing areas with moderate regeneration capacity, due to anthropogenic activities that have altered the conditions of the landscape units. It presents a moderate fragility of Class II with an average of 21.83 points, while its sensitivity is Class 3, with areas of medium or high quality and variable (CAV), which can be incorporated into the previous ones when circumstances make it advisable. It is concluded that the study area presents a high degree of degradation due to anthropogenic and livestock activities, therefore, the aim is to care for and preserve the components of the moor landscape units, imparting environmental knowledge to the population and those in charge of the area, promoting good environmental practices aimed at the conservation of the area.
