Through the use of the Job Risk Matrix, the most significant risks were identified, with forced postures and repetitive movements being highlighted, both of which were classified as high-risk. These factors can trigger musculoskeletal disorders or occupational diseases. To deepen the analysis, the RULA and REBA methods were applied to evaluate the postural load and physical risk level to which employees in the study area are exposed daily. The results showed very high and medium risk levels, respectively, underscoring the need for intervention. Finally, a manual of recommended postures for performing work activities is proposed, based on the identified postures and repetitive movements. The goal of this manual is to reduce ergonomic risk factors and improve the health and well-being of the workers.
