Facultad de Ciencias de la Ingeniería y Aplicadas. Sistemas de Información, 2026-10-14) Jami Tercero, Gilson Ariel; Quisaguano Collaguazo, Luis ReneThis graduation thesis, structured under the research project modality, details the development and implementation of a desktop application for inventory and workshop service management in the microenterprise Jamilter Soluciones Tecnológicas, employing the ScrumBan hybrid agile methodology. This proposal arises to address the deficiencies of the manual operating model based on paper and disjointed spreadsheets, which caused constant stock discrepancies, service delays, and data loss due to local computer hardware failures. With the implementation of the Jamilter FIX system, repair order entries were automated by graphically recording the devices' security lock pattern, and physical stock control was optimized through background visual alerts for minimum safety stock levels. The local SQLite database guarantees the response speed of the Java Swing user interface, while the analytics module with JFreeChart provides statistical reports, and the cloud component stores zip backup copies through the Google Drive API. Experimental statistical validation, carried out through the paired Student's t-test contrast, demonstrated the effectiveness of the solution by registering an average 35.00% reduction in service times of the operational flow, decreasing from 300.00 seconds in the manual method to 195.00 seconds with the implementation of Jamilter FIX. Additionally, the usability evaluation applied to the technical staff showed an outstanding average score of 90.83 points on the SUS scale, consolidating a user experience qualified as excellent and confirming the definitive acceptance of the tool in the workshop's daily environment.
