    The entrepreneurship project analyzes the operational, technical, economic and financial feasibility of the company. The objective of this project is to develop a feasibility study for the creation of a company dedicated to the production of incense based on wood residues at Salcedo canton; employing the methodology of market research with a quantitative approach, based on an instrument such as a questionnaire of 13 questions with closed answers directed to the research target market, the same that allowed to collect relevant information for the creation of the company such as demand, supply and unsatisfied demand, which were projected for 5 years of the company's useful life; in addition, the study of the 4Ps in the market was conducted. In this project, all the necessary factors were determined to set up the company, including the productions description process and its installation in operations, it also shows the participation it will have in the market with its respective production plan. The economic and financial study consists of an initial investment, production costs, balance sheet, cash flow, determining a RRR of 13.04%, a NPW of $9,844.21 and an IRR of 55.27%, positive values for the creation of the company. For the recovery of the investment, a period of 1 year, 3 months and 2 days is generated, demonstrating that it is a totally beneficial project.
