    “Gestión de la comunicación y la eficiencia laboral en el Hospital Básico Rafael Ruiz del Cantón Pujilí”.

    The purpose of this research is oriented to develop strategies to favor the labor efficiency of the personnel at the Rafael Ruiz basic hospital in Pujilí canton. The approach is quantitative since it allowed analyzing the behavior of causes and effects based on numerical data and based on probabilistic studies, the type of research is non-experimental because the variables were not intervened; it is descriptive since this type of study is used to know trends among the population, documentary which allows collecting and selecting information by reading books, magazines, recordings, films, newspapers and facts or events that occurred some time ago; For data collection, the survey technique was applied supported by a questionnaire with closed questions on a Likert scale. The study showed that there is a globalized perception of deficiencies in communication with middle management and the lack of opportunities for employees to express their ideas, which has a negative impact on motivation. Thus, it becomes evident that it is very important to improve the communication process at all levels.
