    El liderazgo y su relación con la cultura organizacional en la Unidad Educativa Hermano Miguel

    The main objective of this research is to determine the relationship between leadership and organizational culture in the Hermano Miguel educational unit in the city of Latacunga. Based on this, the need to analyze leadership's importance within the educational sector's organizational culture is established. In order to obtain the necessary data, the quantitative approach is established to carry out a statistical analysis complemented by a descriptive non-experimental design and a correlational scope. The population comprises 150 people who are part of the educational community, to whom the survey was applied as a data collection instrument, comprising 49 closed-ended questions considering a Likert scale. For its subsequent analysis, a program called SPSS was used; based on this, it was possible to establish the reliability of the data obtaining a positive and high value; its distribution was established as usual, represented at a significance level of 0, as the main result revealed a significant relationship between leadership and organizational culture with a Spearman correlation coefficient of ,707. Based on these results, it is clear that leadership has a significant impact on coexistence in defining an organization's culture. The need to apply proposals that focus on the training and specialization of personnel involved in the educational sphere should be highlighted. This is not just a suggestion, but a call to action that will strengthen the skills and abilities that are linked to business leadership and subsequently favor the development of a positive and affective organizational culture for all members. The research contributes significantly and therefore has an impact on technological, social and economic aspects.
