A split block experimental design (DBD) was applied. A water volume of 250 ml of water was used for each of the treatments; variable 1, germination percentage (PG), variable 2 cotyledon height (AC), variable 3 plant height (AP), variable 4 number of leaves (NH), variable 5 root length (LR), variable 6 root volume (VR), variable 7 degree of chlorosis (GC), variable 8 plant height (AP), variable 9 head formation percentage (DC), variable 11 degree of maturity (GM), variable 11 cabbage weight (W), variable 12 cabbage weight (W), variable 12 cabbage weight (W), variable 13 head formation percentage (DC), variable 14 head weight (W), variable 14 head weight (W), variable 15 head weight (W), variable 9 head formation percentage (DC), variable 11 degree of maturity (GM), variable 12 cabbage weight (PR) and variable 13 equatorial diameter (ED), significance tests were performed for factor A frequencies, factor B dose and interaction of the two factors where there was a significant difference, the Tukey test was performed; In the analysis of the variables, it was determined that the optimum application frequency is every 7 days for both seedling production and field yield. In terms of doses, dose 4 (6 ml in 1 liter of water) showed better performance in seedling production with an average germination rate of 97.71%, a plant height of 7.18 cm, a number of leaves of 6.68, a root length of 8.09 cm, a root volume of 5.09 cm³ and a degree of chlorosis of 67.22%. In the field, this same dose also proved to be the most effective, with a head formation of 53.88%, a maturity grade of 2.43, a lettuce weight of 519.88 grams and an equatorial diameter of 15.95 cm. In addition, dose 3 (4 ml in 1 liter of water) also showed good performance. Among the treatments evaluated, the most outstanding in the different variables were T4, T8, T3 and T2.
