    At the Technical University of Cotopaxi, CIYA faculty in the Electromechanical Engineering career, the need arises for a comparative study between a PID and FUZZY control using a virtual level process, through the use of different control applications (PLC S7-1200, MATLAB, TIA PORTAL, DAQ, KEPServerEX) the same ones that offer the facilities to carry out the evaluation of the performance parameters under the same conditions, managing to differentiate the variations of each system as well as the efficiency, intercommunication, performance, time and stabilization through these means with the objective of differentiate by means of the control diagrams ando to establish which control diagram adapts ina a better way to our conditions, however the objective of this research is to constitute a basis for future works where performance in multivariable processes con be evaluated.
