    Considering that the educational process goes hand by hand with the teaching of the English Language and fundamentally with the development of the abilities of the communication, it settles down that one of the biggest problems that at the moment the Technical Juan Abel Echeverría High School has,it is not taking in consideration the technical contents in the development of the English program. For such a reason the present research was carried out with the students of the High school who have their major in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Surveys and interviews were applied to gather the necessary information that bears to the Design of a Methodological Guide to facilitate the development of the English four abilities in the students of the High school of the specialty of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
