    Elaboración de planes de mejora basado en el nivel de madurez digital de las empresas vinculadas a la carrera de Ingeniería Industrial de la Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi.

    This work focuses on the development of personalized improvement plans based on the level of digital maturity of companies linked to the Industrial Engineering career of the Technical University of Cotopaxi. Hence, an exhaustive diagnosis was carried out that evaluated the capacity of these companies to integrate digital technologies into their operational and strategic processes. In the diagnosis, three methodologies were applied, which are HADA, IMPULS, and PYMES DIGITAL. Based on the results obtained through the methodologies used, improvement plans were designed based on the DIGITAL SMEs recommendations that respond to the specific needs of each Ecuadorian company, seeking to optimize their performance and competitiveness in an increasingly digitalized business environment. These plans include practical recommendations for technological tools adoption and staff training, in order to enhance digital transformation and improve operational efficiency. The study highlights the importance of adapting technological solutions to the current capabilities of companies to ensure their success in implementation.
