Understanding these variables is essential for the development of effective teaching strategies that address student diversity and promote meaningful learning. Individual learning rates and motivation levels act as determinants in the assimilation of mathematical concepts, problem solving and the development of logical mathematical thinking. In this context, the present study aims to analyze how learning rhythms and motivation contribute to the mathematics subject of the Fourth Grade of Basic General Education of the "Bolívar Cisneros" General Police Educational Unit. The methodology used in the research was qualitative. The inductive method was used, with descriptive research. The data were collected through techniques such as observation and interviews with the teacher. These tools allowed us to obtain detailed information about learning rates and motivation levels. As a result, a comprehensive analysis of the various learning rhythms present in the mathematics class and its relationship with the students' motivation levels was obtained. This study allowed us to identify the most effective teaching strategies to adapt teaching to different rhythms, as well as the factors that increase or decrease motivation towards mathematical learning.
