    “Análisis del proceso administrativo en la cooperativa de ahorro y crédito San Miguel de Sigchos”.

    The research focuses on San Miguel de Sigchos Credit union and savings, with the general objective of proposing strategies to improve its administrative process. A mixed methodology was used, which includes applied, bibliographic, field, and descriptive research, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches. The sample consisted of 11 employees, including the general manager, and data was collected through surveys and structured interviews. The research results were revealing in several key aspects. While a high level of knowledge and understanding of the credit union's mission and vision was observed among employees, which is positive for institutional cohesion, significant areas requiring improvement were also identified. In particular, communication between departments was noted as insufficient, which could be hindering operational efficiency and internal collaboration. Furthermore, it was found that the professional feedback system, although present, is not used effectively or with the necessary regularity to promote professional development and continuous improvement of staff. The research conclusions highlight the urgent need to strengthen internal communication, not only to improve coordination and efficiency, but also to foster more collaborative work environment aligned with the credit union's strategic objectives. Likewise, the importance of establishing a more structured and frequent feedback system is highlighted, which allows employees to receive clear and constructive guidance on their performance, which in turn could improve job satisfaction and general performance.
