    El desarrollo organizacional y su influencia en la comunicación interna de la empresa comercial Importadora Alvarado Vásconez CIA.LTDA

    This research work was carried out to determine how organizational development influences the internal communication of the importing company Alvarado Vásconez CIA. LTDA. The analysis is supported by the proper theoretical foundation based on two variables under study, to obtain the necessary data, a quantitative approach is established, with a descriptive non-experimental design and correlational level. A non-probabilistic convenience sample was used, working with a population of 108 employees, whom the survey was applied as a data collection instrument, consisting of a total of 68 closed questions considering a Likert scale. For further analysis, the obtained data were entered into the SPSS statistical tool, based on this it was possible to establish the reliability of the obtained data, to establish the correlation and hypothesis testing, Pearson non-parametric statistical test was used. The results indicated a high positive correlation between organizational development and internal communication with a correlation of 0.841, concluding that organizational development influences internal communication of the commercial company Importadora Alvarado Vásconez CIA.LTDA. In addition, the creation of strategies to improve internal communication within the operation of the company organizational development is proposed.
