- ItemEstilo de liderazgo y su incidencia en el clima organizacional en la empresa Lady Sports S.A periodo 2024.(Ecuador : La Maná Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi (UTC), 2024-08) Noboa Acurio, Bryan Alexander; Pilatasig Ayala, Evelyn Paulina; Cabrera Toscano, Eduardo FabricioThe objective of this research was to determine the leadership style and its impact on the organizational climate at Lady Sport S.A. period 2024 with the purpose of establishing strategies according to the needs of the staff who make up this company. The methodology was based on a quantitative research. The bibliographic research was applied to obtain theoretical and descriptive information, so that it showed the reality of the type of exercised leadership and the correlational aspect for establishing the link between the variables. The fundamental methods for the development of the various sections were: inductive and deductive; while the selected techniques were the interview directed to the manager and the census applied to 25 collaborators and not applying the sample formula due to the small number of the population. Among the main results, it was highlighted that at Lady Sports S.A. autocratic leadership is exercised and it had a greater presence with some characteristics of transactional leadership. It evidenced that important decisions were managed centrally with minimal participation of collaborators. Irregular feedback and emphasis on financial incentives without sufficient attention to emotional or symbolic support contributed to uncertainty and demotivation among employees. The results of the correlation analysis revealed a significant incidence between the leadership style and the organizational climate at Lady Sport S.A. with a correlation coefficient of 0.980. Therefore, a proposal for strategies based on democratic-transformational leadership was suggested which included holding weekly meetings to encourage open and participatory communication, investing in coaching and mentoring sessions to develop leadership skills that inspire and motivate the team that are directed to the owner and manager. Finally, the establishment of a system of recognition of achievements to value both the economic and symbolic contributions of employees was suggested.
