However, it has been found that in many cases, these evaluation tools are not utilized, which hinders the innovation and dynamism of the academic processes developed within the educational environment. In response, this research aims to determine the application of evaluation instruments to verify the achievement of meaningful learning. The methodology employed in this research was qualitative, utilizing the inductive method with field, documentary, or bibliographic research, as it allows for the collection of information from the educational field through various bibliographic sources. Data were obtained through observation and interview techniques, applying observation and interview guides, which enabled the collection of information on the evaluation instruments and their impact on students' learning. In conclusion, the structured guide developed could improve evaluative pedagogical practices for the benefit of students. By organizing strategies, techniques, and instruments synergistically, the achievement of skills acquired is objectively and practically evidenced in coherence with curricular educational objectives, thus enhancing the creation and demonstration of meaningful learning in the teaching-learning process.
