- ItemDiseño de un módulo de control secuencial en el proceso de respuesta del vástago del cilindro en un sistema hidráulico y sistema electrohidráulico para el laboratorio de control Oleoneumático.(Ecuador: Latacunga: Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi (UTC), 2024-10) Cachago Quinatoa, Marlon David; Punguil Guato, Robinson Uvaldo; Moreano Martínez, Edwin HomeroThe design of a didactic hydraulic board seeks to obtain the process of rod response in hydraulic and electrohydraulic systems, through the use of a manual lever valve and solenoid valves powered at 110V, to configure the positioning there are limit switches for both expansion and contraction of the cylinder rod. Through the operation process, the hydraulic pressure, created by the pump with a nominal value of 300 psi, is manipulated by means of pressure regulating valves, for the response process of the cylinder rod; this depending on the working pressure that the valve is adjusted, verifying this pressure by means of a manometer. To take the flow data, the diameter of the four cylinders is taken into account; three of them with a length of 34 cm and 6 cm of diameter, the fourth with a length of 42 cm and 5 cm of diameter. The first three cylinders have a total capacity of 3.375 L and the fourth cylinder has a length of 42 cm and a diameter of 5 cm, occupying a flow rate of 0.824, giving a total capacity of 4.2 L. In the supply and return part of the pumping system, a recommended hose diameter of 13mm was determined for the system. The supply system was sized for a stroke of 7m, containing a volume of 0.929L of hydraulic oil; for feeding the cylinders a 10mm diameter, this having a flow of 0.157L. This closed loop system takes 7.97s to complete the filling cycle.
