    In the context of Industry 4.0, the modernization and digitalization of industrial processes are critical for improving operational efficiency and decision-making. This paper presents the development and implementation of a digital logbook mobile application to optimize the management of Caterpillar generator sets at the Auca 06 site, located in the Auca Block 61 field. The system utilizes React Native for app development, Firebase Firestore for secure cloud storage, and jsPDF for automated report generation. By replacing manual, paper-based methods, the digital logbook addresses key challenges such as poor organization, information loss, slow response times, and limited data accessibility. The application enables real-time data recording, centralized cloud storage, and automated PDF report generation while supporting modular design and scalability for future expansions. Results include enhanced maintenance record-keeping, improved operational efficiency through faster data access, and reduced errors via process automation. The system aligns with Industry 4.0 principles by integrating connectivity, real-time monitoring, and predictive planning. This digital transformation represents a significant advancement in industrial maintenance practices, demonstrating the potential of technology to optimize productivity and ensure sustainable operation.
