Therefore, adapting these methodologies that promote a continuous improvement in productivity is of utmost importance for companies today, that is why, in the present investigation, the Aviesa Poultry Farm (GAA) will be taken as the object of study, in which the information collected by the researchers will be essential to know the current state and its possible solutions to achieve greater productivity. The purpose of the present investigation is to adapt the 5s methodology in the GAA, as work strategies to achieve continuous improvement in the productive processes; This methodology is born from the ineffectiveness of companies when organizing workplaces in an appropriate manner, facilitating the correct use of the implements located in the company and avoiding common problems such as obstruction, accidents due to falls, loss of materials, among others [2]. Considering that the 5s methodology consists of five steps which are: organize, order, clean, standardize and discipline, as expressed in Japanese, all this with the purpose of following an ordered sequence that intends through its application, to maintain the points that are considered correct and to adapt the existing deficiencies to maintain an order and organization that allows in this case the Aviesa Poultry Farm to achieve continuous improvement in its production processes with standardization and discipline when applying this methodology
