    English has been constituted in one of the most important in World, considerate as a universal language, for this reason is necessary to develop this in an active and complete way, however to get this is necessary to use all the technological resources that exist according each necessity in order to acquire a good communication with native speakers. In Ecuador English is considerated as a second language used in all adductive areas because it permits them to have a big vision about things that happen in the world, so it constitute a set of tools to student, professional and community in general so teaching must be discuss into the context that permits to develop the knowledge, furthermore English language is necessary to give good professional with a high quality, that can develop the four skills and can give an efficient service to the society.
