    In an increasingly globalized world, communication allows for interconnection between people, organizations, institutions, etc. However, effective communication ensures that the information reaches the receiver quickly and accurately, which is essential in work, educational, and social contexts. At the Technical University of Cotopaxi, an important gap has been identified in internal communication that produces conflicts in disseminating academic information, generating displeasure among the institution's students. This project addresses this problem by proposing the development of a mobile application based on technologies such as the React Native framework, TypeScript, .Net Entity Framework, and SQL Server which enables the dissemination of important internal information for students. This application allows the user to view institutional news and events, access social networks, class schedules, and grades. Thus, it is designed so that students can access essential information quickly, at their fingertips. In addition to providing instructional information, it also allows extra actions such as accessing UTC Radio and UTC Online TV, viewing the student card, and accessing research projects, thus redefining how the university community is informed and demonstrating the potential of mobile applications in the educational field.
