That is why the following problem has been observed: How is classroom management developed in the teaching process. This allows the teacher to implement didactic strategies that promote meaningful learning; therefore, the objective of this research is to strengthen classroom management through pedagogical guidelines for the development of the didactic process of 5th grade students at “Agustin Alban” Basic Education School. For this, the methodology applied in the development of this project was based on qualitative research, because it allowed going into the reality of the educational context to observe the environment where teachers and students develop, the method used was inductive with field researchers, descriptive or documentary, the data were obtained through the technique of observation and interview, with its instrument observation guide and interview guide respectively to collect information and important data of the subject to be investigated. Results research demonstrate the importance of designing pedagogical orientations in the classroom context to support students to learn the skills that allow them to strengthen their learning, promote their knowledge, reflection, abilities and improve communication and interaction. It is concluded that the pedagogical guidelines for the improvement of classroom management offer a structured framework that facilitates the planning and execution of educational activities, thus improving the quality of the didactic process and promoting meaningful learning among students.
