    “Gestión de la Información en la Clínica Dental SI”.

    This research is focused on the management of information at the Dental SI clinic. The main objective is to propose strategies for improving the administrative processes at Dental SI. The methodology used in this research is a quantitative approach with a non-experimental cross-sectional research design to observe and analyze the clinic's population. The inquiry technique used for this integrative project was a survey from the Technical University of Cotopaxi, authored by Quetamá and Simbaña, for obtaining the degree of Bachelor's in Managerial Information Management, with the research project titled “The Use of ICT in Information Management at M&V Engineers Company in Latacunga,” which helped the researchers gather information. The design was developed using a Likert scale with twenty-six questions divided into two dimensions: Information Management and ICT, aimed at proposing strategies to improve administrative processes at Dental SI. The population and sample consist of thirty-five people distributed across four branches in the Pichincha province. Additionally, the results showed that 49% of respondents reported that documents are lost due to third parties. Moreover, 75% of the responses reflect a significant problem that requires urgent attention regarding document location and identification. Therefore, technological adoption not only benefits internal administration but also has a significant impact on the work environment, creating a more collaborative and productive atmosphere.
