    At present, technology is an essential pillar in all sectors, and education is no exception. In a highly interconnected educational environment, the ability of technology to offer information efficiently and promptly is essential. In the Educational Unit “Marco Aurelio Subía - Batalla de Panupalí”, a considerable gap has been identified in administrative management, since records are handled manually, which has caused problems such as loss of information. Therefore, this approach has highlighted the urgent need to modernize processes by implementing a web system that guarantees greater efficiency and security in managing academic data. Hence, this project is based on the development of a web system for academic management to solve these problems. The development of this application is based on key technologies such as the Bootstrap framework and programming languages such as PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and MySQL. The developed application allows the administration to manage classes efficiently, teacher and student records, as well as, records of each one's annual grades. For teachers, the system facilitates the recording of grades by quarter, attendance, planning of schedules, and the generation of detailed reports by subject. For students, it improves access to their schedules and grades. All of this optimizes educational processes, improves the workflow in both administration and teaching and serves as a crucial support for rapid decision-making in the institution.
