    “El uso de las TIC en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial La Victoria del Cantón Pujilí”.

    The main objective of this research was to propose strategies to improve administrative management through the technological adaptation tools in this institution. The methodology applied was the quantitative approach because it allowed numerical measurement and statistical analysis of data collection from the established sample, using a survey validated by experts as the main technique. The data collection instrument consisted of a 25-item questionnaire, based on the Likert scale, whose purpose was to diagnose the current use of ICT and establish strategies for its effective implementation in the La Victoria Parish DAG. The population and sample comprised 16 institution members who expressed divided opinions on adopting these tools. The results showed variability in staff perception regarding the usefulness and need for these tools, revealing a lack of knowledge and a resistance to change. However, key areas were identified where the adoption of technologies could significantly optimize administrative management. The research provided a solid basis for implementing strategies that facilitate the use of technological tools in the institution’s administration, which would improve efficiency and productivity in administrative management.
